No. We work with clients at all credit levels. Our job is to assess where you are and guide you to where you need to be for mortgage approval.
It depends on your current financial profile. Some clients are ready immediately. Others may need 3–6 months of credit improvement before applying for a mortgage.
We currently operate in Bengaluru. We are planning to expand to Hyderabad and Mumbai in 2027.
